PRIVACY
Privacy Policy & PDPA Notice
How we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
this site is an independent marketing website for Lucerne Grand. In this notice, "we" and "us" refer to the operator of this website and the person handling your enquiry. If you would like our business registration or licensing particulars, ask us and we will provide them.
This is an independent marketing website. It is not the official website of City Developments Limited or of CDL Polaris Properties Pte. Ltd.
1. What we collect
When you submit the registration form we collect:
- Your name, email address and mobile number, including country code
- The unit types you indicate an interest in
- Your residency or buyer profile, indicative budget range, purchase timeframe and preferred viewing slot, where you choose to provide them
- Any free-text message you send us
- A record of the consents you gave, the version of the consent wording shown to you, the page you gave it on, and the date and time
We do not ask for and do not want your NRIC number, FIN, passport number, financial account details or income documents through this website. If you send them anyway, we will delete them.
Technical data
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and diagnostics. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled on this site, they are listed in section 8 and are only loaded where you have accepted them.
2. Why we collect it — the purposes
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Contacting you to arrange a preview or viewing, and answering your enquiry | Your consent, given on the registration form |
| Sending you floor plans, price lists, e-brochures and project updates for Lucerne Grand | Your consent |
| Sending you marketing about other property launches and services | Your separate, optional marketing consent |
| Registering your interest with the developer or its appointed marketing agencies where required to secure a viewing or balloting slot | Your consent |
| Meeting our record-keeping obligations under applicable law and industry practice guidelines | Legal obligation |
We will not use your personal data for a purpose materially different from those listed without telling you first and, where required, getting fresh consent.
3. Who we share it with
- The developer and its appointed marketing agencies — where registration of your interest is needed to secure a preview appointment, ballot slot or unit selection.
- Our customer relationship management and messaging providers — the systems we use to store enquiries and send you messages, acting as our data intermediaries under written contract.
- Professional advisers and regulators — where we are required to disclose by law, by a regulator, or in connection with legal proceedings.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not pass it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, as required by the Transfer Limitation Obligation.
4. Marketing messages, WhatsApp and the Do Not Call Registry
Singapore's Do Not Call provisions apply to marketing messages sent to Singapore telephone numbers by voice call, SMS, fax and instant messaging. We will only send you marketing messages where you have given clear and unambiguous consent in a form we can evidence, or where we have checked the relevant DNC Register.
Consenting to be contacted about your enquiry is not the same as consenting to marketing. They are separate checkboxes on the form and we treat them separately.
Every marketing message we send will identify us and give you a way to opt out. You can stop marketing at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message from us
- Using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Emailing our Data Protection Officer at the address in section 9
We will action a withdrawal of consent within ten business days. After that we may still contact you where necessary for a transaction already in progress, or where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not proceed: up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymised.
- Enquiries that lead to a transaction: at least five years from completion, to meet statutory and industry record-keeping requirements.
- Consent and withdrawal records: kept for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.
6. Keeping it secure
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted to our customer relationship management system. Access is limited to the salesperson handling your enquiry and the agency staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission of a notifiable data breach as required by the PDPA.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may:
- Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year
- Correct — ask us to correct an error or omission
- Withdraw consent — for any or all of the purposes above
- Port — ask us to transmit your data to another organisation, where the data portability provisions apply
Send requests to our Data Protection Officer. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and, for access requests, generally within 30 days. A reasonable fee may apply to access requests, and we will tell you the amount before proceeding.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to serve the pages. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies by default. If analytics or advertising pixels are added later, this section and the consent banner will be updated before they are enabled.
